Spain's Queen Sofia, interested in the role of diet in health, and herself a vegetarian, recently arranged an audience with Joan Sabaté, MD, DrPH, MPH, Chair of the SPH Department of Nutrition, after being introduced to the book "Vegetarian Nutrition," edited by Dr. Sabaté.
