Graduation Instructions

To order graduation announcements go to Jostens website at http://college.jostens.com/jostens/?affiliateId=1004874.

Spring 2013 expected graduates and those students eligible to participate (walk) in the 2013 commencement ceremony, please be sure the Office of University Records has the following information:

1. Your correct height, weight, and hat size. Please review your personal information in Banner Web under Personal Information to ensure this information is correct (myllu.llu.edu --> click on Banner in the upper right corner --> Login --> Personal Information Menu --> Verify Personal Information).  Please note this information is only used to purchase regalia in order to ensure a correct fit.

2. Your correct name. Check your name as it appears on our student record system. This is how it will appear on your diploma. Your permanent record and diploma should reflect your legal name. If you need to make a name change, please complete the form, "Change of Name Request (PDF)." Read the form carefully as supporting documentation is required to process a name change. Diplomas are pre-ordered for those students who are expected to finish their degree requirements at the end of spring quarter and who are eligible to walk in the commencement ceremony. These students must process name changes by February 15, 2013 in order to have their name printed correctly on the diploma. Students who process a name change after February 15 will be charged $35 to reorder their diploma. These diplomas will not be pre-ordered.

3. Your current mailing address.

Regalia (cap/gown) information

  • Please provide your height, weight, and hat size in your personal information online so that the correct regalia size will be ordered for you.
  • Regalia is ordered for those students who are eligible to participate (walk) in the commencement ceremony.
  • Regalia will be distributed by your school. For additional information, contact your school.
