Transcript Request Instructions
All requests for transcripts are to be submitted online by logging in here.
- Student ID number
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- EID from your badge -- prefixed with an "e." For example, if the EID on your badge is 19081234, then enter e19081234.
Once logged in take the following steps:
- Select University Records Menu
- Select Order Transcripts
If you've forgotten your 6-15 digit numeric PIN, enter your ID and press the [Forgot PIN?] button. It will give you your Security Question. If you enter the correct answer, you will be able to reset your PIN.

Notes on Payment Information:
1. Transcript request fees are not refundable.
2. A credit card is required for payment.
