To improve the health and family functioning of residents in rural and medically underserved areas of California.
To develop a sustainable network of access to clinical specialists, continuing medical education for providers, and patient education that responds to individual and local community needs, that is responsive to language barriers and literacy challenges, and that connects our medical center with health care ministries worldwide.
To establish a clinical and educational network of communications between rural hospitals, physicians, clinics, and patients in Southern California and Loma Linda University Adventist Health Science Center that provides access to specialists.
